Girlio jewelry is hand-crafted with the utmost care and love. Most items are made with an assortment of quartz, glass, czech glass, semi-precious gemstones, freshwater pearls, sterling silver, gold-plate, gold-fill, brass and other various components.

Girlio recommends that you take care of your jewelry by storing them in a closed/air-tight container, such as a zip loc bag or jewelry box, in order to prevent tarnishing. To prolong the life of your jewelry keep away from perfume, hair and body products. Please use your own discretion: do not wear when showering, swimming, washing dishes, exercising, etc.

Please note that most pieces are limited edition or made in limited supply, so please allow for slight differences between two of the same items.

In the rare occassion that an item has been already purchased, you will be notified and your money will be refunded.

Because most items are one-of-a-kind or made in limited quantities, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if an item you have purchased is defective, please notifiy me within 7-10 days of purchase, and a refund or a repair can be arranged.
